Now they can grow their shared voice, starting with a walk into the future at Sydney’s Victoria Park.
Global Youth Futures is an online community and ideas space for young people who are interested in the future of the world and care about making a difference; it is about giving youth a voice.
The online community will be launched in Sydney on this day.
Come and visit parallel worlds of physical and cyberspace in topic-related marquees. Highlights include
- a virtual world Parliament
- chat events, surveys, group discussions
- learning events and games
- an “expression space” for new ideas
- a futures forum and much more.
Words, pictures, music, TV, blogs, podcasts – it’s multi-channel, multi-level and multi-platform in this big picture future simulation.
This event is for young people [and the young at mind and heart] who care about the world they will live in and who are passionate about making a difference and want to learn how to have most impact.
This is where you’ll meet others around the world who feel the same way.
Young volunteers are already taking part in Australia, China and throughout the Asias, the UK and Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the three Americas.
